If it is not very bad just try trimming the alerion or left and right trim on the right stick. (MODE 1)
Probally the swashplat is not quite level. Make sure the servo arms are at 90 degrees to swash (or at half of their travle) after the radio is truned on and the linkages connected to the swash plate are adjusted to hold the swash plate level after the radio is turned on with the trims zeroed out.
If you are new to flying make sure you log some time on the simulator.
you should be able to use free FMS Simulator on your JR radio with just a 1/8th in stero jack on your computer. here are some instructions.
Free Model Simulator Instructions.
1. For the Simulator go to http://www.flying-model-simulator.com
• Download version FMS 2.0 Alpha 8.3 Link on front page
• Install the download
2. To allow you to use your Transmitter (TX) to fly the Models go to
http://www.smartpropoplus.com/BlueAndGrey/default.asp
• Use download button from top of page.
• Download and unzip the files into your FMS folder.
On most computers, this folder will be C:\Program Files\FMS
• For more information see installation button on top of page.
• You will be able to plug your TX (might need to be turned on) in to your Microphone port of your sound card.
3. If you would like to add more models or fly fields check
http://www.flying-model-simulator.com or do a search for “FMS models” on Google. There are hundreds to choose from.

if your main blades spin counter clockwise when looking at them from the top and the tail rotor pushes air from right to left when looking at the back, this could be very normal. If it spins clockwise, then there is probably a problem, and check the above post for some good answers.
it's called translating tendancy, and is even present on real heli's. Check out this article
