You can get a new motor, as far as repair, it is possible but not worth the trouble, the new one is only 6.00 from Amersfort. I don't have the URL here at work, but will post it tonight, they have all the parts for the Dragonfly and the Hummingbird at good prices. And there are other options, you can order a tail motor for any of these micro-helis, they all will work ..this place has good prices on tail motors too(http://www.micro-flight.com/) or go down to local Hobby Store and buy a small dc motor from them, they usually have them for various projects from electric planes to science projects and you will find one the same size and mounting holes easily, I have done that when I didn't want to wait when I was first learning to fly these littl guys.

Here's the US distributor for parts, motor and gear up a little to $10.00 http://www.hobbytron.net/skylark.html
