I just opened my falcon 40. I have read a lot of post and still cannot hover. I checked the paddles to be level and the main blades to be loose to find there sweet spot. Good batteries on receiver and heli. Checked servo operations and seem normal. I bought this used and was wondering if someone might have screwed with the gyro? I tried and tried to hover and the heli just wont. Adjusted trim on receiver and still unable to hover. I see a lot of people can hover right out of the box. Any help or suggestions? Thanks BB

The heli may or may not hover right out of the box. If you have no prior experience with helis, your chance of lifting off into a stable hover and keeping it there is about the same as me winning the mega millions this week.
If you can move the left stick all the way up and the helicopter will not even lift off the ground, then you have some sort of problem (be it mechanical or electrical). Check the falcon forum, see if you can't find some insight over there.
BTW, having "read a lot of posts" will give you no actual flight experience and should not make you able to hover. But, it will help you to know about your machine and the principles of helicopter flight, which will be necessary if you want to try flying it.
