i was thinking about getting this servo (futaba s9257) for my hurricane 550's tail as it is 0.08 seconds, but seems it only runs on 4.8v
where would i get a voltage stepdown to run it at 4.8 volts instead of 6? could you recommend some good makes/models?
i am running a 2 cell lithium receiver pack which is already down from 7.4v to 6v, is reducing it even more going to cause problems?
is it worth it or would it be better just to get a 0.10 second 6v servo?
Thanks

The Align step down is cheap and works well. I have one on my 500 with the system running at 6v and my tail servo is the 9257. No problems in 67 flights. Plug and play.
