Default Electronics Help!!!!!

I am new to electric helis but I have been into rc's for many years. I have an electronics question for anyone who can help. I purchased a mini dragonfly on ebay from RVM SHOP (Hong Kong)
When I purchased the heli the advertisement said I could use a standard 4 channel FM Tx and Rx. So I purchased a GWS GWR-4P
pico rx, 2 GWS pico servos and a gws pg 03 gyro. I planned on useing my Tower Hobbies FM 3000 Tx. The heloi came with a feda mixing and speed controller. I hooked everything up as per instructions and I get NOTHING. The lights are on the gyro and speed controller but nothing works! I checked the servos on a different receiver and they work fine. The crystal is on the correct channel also.

I went back to the rvm website and I noticed a change in the add. It now says a PCM Tx and Rx are required!
This was not in the add when I purchased the heli!!!!

I have tried to email this guy and have had no luck. So I am on my own I guess.
Has anyone else purchased one of these heli's and had a similar problem?
Any help will be appreciated. I am including a pic of the electronics.

Thanks in advance:
HH

You have a non-PCM receiver and a non-PCM transmitter. You should be fine. Just checking... did you purchase a crystal for the receiver and is your receiver Futaba compatible? Naturally, are both the TX and RX on the same channel? If you plug your servos into channels 1 & 2, you should be able to make them move...

The Feda mixer doesn't care about PCM or PPM.
