Dumb Aerohawk owner needs help with canopy
 

Can someone tell me how the canopy fits on an Aerohawk. Is the rod supposed to fit tightly into the grove? The only way I can fit it at the moment is to jam the bottom of the canopy on the battery to keep it in place.

The instruction manual is the worst I've ever seen!

the rod that should be on the front of the aerohawk is what holds it on. slide the bar through the grommets on the cannapy.

The rod goes thru the grommets and sits in a groove. Should the rod fit tightly in the groove ( like Dragonfly/Hummingbird) ? Mine just sits on it.

should be real tight....you could glue it in there if this is a problem.

My Aerohawk came with the canopy fitted and the bar was glued into the groove....

Once you poke the glued rod through the rubber grommets on the canopy,use a small piece of rubber fuel tubing to hold it if needed over the ends of the carbon rod.
