Default new to edf's motor help please

Hey everyone,
I pucked up a Banana hobby f-22 (v3 pro they called it) 70 mm edf with 50a esc and 2850 kv motor. Thatwas one amazing flyer! it gould just glide! until it "glitched" and decided to take a few soil samples!!! :-( so i cut out all the damage and i am gonna turn it into a PAKFA 50 .. a little strech in the fuselage with downward curve, going to add a slight LEX and more angularwing L.E. and change the thrust nozzles to something more cylindrical... it wont be an exact match ... but why not play a little ... right

MYISSUE.. the motor, is an LX 2850-2900 and ran a 50a esc. on a 3s 2200li-po 20c batt.(the fan is a 6 blade) want more thrust. at least 20% more thrust because i wantto skin the entire plane... but idont know how to guage the motor i have, and have no data to base my search from ...
blade pitch would be a variable... but i dont know what pitch mine is for basis(if it would be an improvement or not)
power (batt or esc) would be another variable... but i dont wanna fry anything( and thats more exp and more weight)

i kinda want this to be a cheaper upgrade..... so a super awesome highly versatile motor is just not effective for me.. as the plane, after all my mods may just eating more dirt...
(total flying weight i am hoping will be about 900grams)
