Default Thunder Tiger ConceptX problem

Hi guys! I have tried to maiden my Thunder Tiger ConceptX (a new small foamie EDF), but I had no success at all....3 hand launches ended on the ground. The plane had the tedency to pitch down hard. I have checked the CG with Thunder Tiger and it is correct. I also tried to move it a few mm to the rear, but I had the same result...Keep in mind that elevons(it is a delta wing) where perfectly aligned with the wing at neutral position, plus I have tried to pull up everytime...with out result... I have read somewhere that delta wing airplanes when applying stick down-hence elevons up, they initially pitch down and then up...Is this right? And if it is, is it that much noticable? Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?
Thank you

On any flying wing the elevons will have to be deflected upwards for level flight. This is often called reflex. The instructions should tell you how much up elevon to have at neutral stick.
