Default New Jet! cratch build!

I wanted to show my newest project, and get some info on what you guys think! it is built from a rendering I saw of a future aircraft. it will have two Vasa 55 fan units with Mini AC 1215/12 brushless motors. Jetti 18 amp ESC, 2 Pico servos in ellevon setup! total weight should be 15oz or so with twice the thrust! I am far from finished and would like to hear what you guys think! Thanks Chris

It is definitely going to want a lot of thrust with this much sweepback! It looks really cool man! Reminds me of the aurora. should fly I reckon! Nice big elevator throws, small aileron throws, maybe try chucking it over long grass with no kit in to find c of g. if not make a little one and throw it around a bit. ( my neighbours think Im mad cos Im always running up and down the street throwing some sort of chuckie around) LOL! I usually put some control surfaces on my chuckies so I can get them to roll to test roll stability to let me know If I need more - less dihedral or anhedral plus it helps you to guage how big your aileron throws need to be plus you can get a much better Idea of c of g if you can test the pitch sensitivity. Cant think of anything else which might help. Good luck!

It looks awesome Dude! are you gonna bungee it? Make sure you round your intake lip! you will lose 30% of your thrust if you dont. Keep on postin!

I think that it looks awesome one recomendation i think is to instead of intaking from both top and bottom just intake from the top it will allow for a little better trust and lift . just a sugestion but it looks great.

Can you give me a reason why I would have more thrust if I enclosed the bottom intakes? Curious! Thanks Chris

Just my opinion, but it looks like it will be pretty unstable with that small of a wingspan and that swept of wings. Not trying to put you down or anything, that's just what I think.

Also, I like the Lightning in the background of the pics! That thing looks huge!
