Default HO-229 V3 Setup Help

I'm scratch building a HO-229 Dragon and this will be my first electric ship.... have been a nitro head for about 20 years now. I've got specs calling to use 480 brushless motors and WeMotech mid fans or equivalent. Do I need a ESC for each motor even though I want them both in sync? Any ideas on fans, motors or ESCs that would be the best bang for the buck? Any help, thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated. As I get further into the project I'll post some pics... should be about a 82" wingspan.

Got the plane framed.. will post some pics soon. Anyone got any good sources for some Fan/Motor/ESC combos by chance? I've been looking at Wemotec but also GWS.. can get them much cheaper....

This plane has always interested me. Your fan selection will depend mostly on size of your plane. Unfortunately you must use a speed control for each motor if you are brushless. I am pretty sure you can use 1 battery though. If you go brushed (not recommended) I think you can use 1 controller. I am very curious about you airfame though. Would love to see some pics.
