Hey guys,
I have never messed around with ducted fans what so ever, but I love experimenting with designs for park flying electrics. I'm mainly into 3D prop flying and want to get as close to a 3D EDF as I can. My main question is what kind of thrust can I get from a fairly light EDF setup? I'd ideally be looking for something in the 20-25 Oz. of static thrust range. What EDF units and motors do you suggest? Has anybody else designed something along these lines?
Thanks,
Todd
