If it were mine I would make a glider from heavy card stock, a simple profile fuse would be OK. I would make sure to keep the same wing area and shape. Then I would hand launch it, paying attention to its attitude as it fell. I would add a small amount of weight, in the form of a paper clip, to either the front or aft end. Continue doing this until the plane falls with a slight nose down attitude.

Once the fall has the correct attitude I would hang the glider by a piece of string. Continue moving the hang point until the glider hangs with the same nose down attitude. That's the CoG.

Transfer that location to your model.
