RE: 3d foamy f-18
I had the same problem I have it scaled to 3.87 from the front edge of the wing where it fits into the fuse. A few other missing dimensions are 16.83 from the same location to the stabilator pivot point, 14.29 to the front of the stabilator servo case, 4.76 to the front of the aileron servo case.
I don't use rudder so I can't help with any of that. Ultimately if you have your spars put in on the same angle as shown the CG will be right where they meet.

I had the same issue when I built mine. I e-mailed 3-D foamy. If you bought a kit, 3-D suggests a CG at the location of the slits in the wing near the fuse. Mine is at the far aft edge of this. It seems a bit nose heavy but a quick test with a cardboard F-18 convinced me that any further aft and you risk the possibility of a flat, non-recoverable spin. BTW, I also set low rates on my TX with about 50% of the recommend throws. I have 10 flights and have not moved off the low rates. on a 20 deg nose up to 20 deg. nose down ballistic path, I can get 1080 deg of roll and I can pitch it almost to a "cobra" type maneuver.

Paul, if you want more excitement, try a 9x6 prop. My F-14 really rips with that prop! The 10x4.7 is good on the 20L for 3D planes but the 9x6 will give you even better speed and climb on your jet. Good times!

Thanks Jeff. I actually went to 6mm and ordered the F-14 kit. It looks sweet, flies a bit slow, but I think its great and complicated to start with and then I may build the F-18 or Super Bandit in the future for speed.

And if you need custom clear canopies, you can get them at 6mmflyrc -- they throw the pilots in too, the clear canopy looks sharp with the pilots all painted up! 6mm kits come with clear canopies standard but if you already have a jet, you can order it separately as an accessory and retrofit it on.

RE: 3d foamy f-18
I found that the best CG is right were the Carbon fiber rods meet the fus on the wings.
