I can only suggest you re-read the instructions very carefully, especially the parts that deals with balancing the plane and connecting the motors.
An incorrectly balanced plane may not fly at all, or will fly only once. Balance is critical.
Are you are satisfied with the balance and motor wiring? Do both props turn in the same direction? Is the battery fully charged? Do the controls react properly to the transmitter inputs? Is the receiver antenna extended?
Many possiblities.
