Default new to EDF...need advice

I am new to the EDF scene and am in need of advice.
I have a Top Flight (or Great Planes, cant remember which) Lear Jet (.61 prop) that I would like to convert to electric. Has anyone tried this or is it not a good idea for this kit?
I want to build this kit but I do not want a glow engine mounted to the front.
Another option if practical would be DF?
Please ANY advice on this is greatly appreciated.
Marco.

Im not to sure I would convert a front mounted prop designed plane to ducted fan into the narcells as the planes CG location would be greatly moved and to get the correct CG there may be a fair amount of wing load to get the CG back to where it should be. Im not total sure on this
with correct battery placement you might be alright, Im sure someone will chime in here and give you the answer you need.
hope this could be a little help.
Best of luck: Chuck

That did cross my mind too. Do you have any thoughts on an inexpensive DF jet in the $300 range? I like F-16's and F-15's.
