I have a Hobby Lobby Thunder Bird EDF airplane. The fan blade has broken on the 66mm impeller and Hobby Lobby said I need to buy the complete fan housing and impeller just to get the fan blade at 22.90 for the set. Is there another fan unit that I can use on the set up.

The fan spec's are
66mm inside diameter (2-9/16)
60mm long with inlet ring (2-3/8)
81mm outside diameter (3-3/16)
The shaft size of the motor is 2.3 mm
Impeller is a 6 blade cut down to three blade

I would love to find a Impeller to just replace the one broken I can adapt to anything that will work

For what you got $22.90 may be a bit too expensive. If you want a quality rotor that will hold up well, you should try this (see image below) you will only need one with the adapter $32.00

BTW, this is not some cheap copy of something that you might find somewhere else, this is the proven, real deal.

I have one of these F/A 18 jets and the impeller let go after 18 flyghts. I called customer service and it was replaced without any parts or freight charges. It took one week to arrive because it was not in stock. H/L service is great.
