Default nitro planes: RTF f18 edf?

I wanted to know if anyone has purchased or flown nitro plane's new Exceed-RC F/A-18C Hornet 4-Channel 70mm Electric-Ducted Fan, Brushless Radio Remote Control EDF RC Jet. I was looking into buying one but I wanted first to see if someone has one or flown one. I also wanted to know if you could possibly raise the rear landing gear or lower the noise gear without effecting the jet's performance.

Detour, I have the art tech F-18 on the way, will have it on the 25th, very similar to Exceed's model, only mine comes with 2.4 Ghz radio installed. The rear landing gear is set up so it is kind of low on the Exceed model. so it kind of keeps it less noticeable without affecting performance. It should work real well. Hope this helps a little, have fun, and good flying! R/C FLYR

it is generally not a good idea to lower the nose wheel on these jets. they need a little bit of a nose high attitude for take off (other wise you might not be able to get them unstuck from the runway) and for better performance on landing. nice jet, good luck if you order it! r.
