X-Power 60-amp esc problems
I have an X-power esc it is 60 amp and 80 amp max . The shrink tube is blue and I am guessing that it is an older model. Every time I plug it in and leave the throttle off it will not do anything. Once I push the throttle up and hold for a second it goes to the programming mode. The only thing is once I get it into the programming mode it will not quit the program setup and operate normally. I have tried x-power and they sent me some pdf manuals none of the instructions seem to help.. I dont think they are the correct ones it never beeps like what the manual says at all.
thanks

You might be using a Futaba radio? Try reversing your THROTTLE channel ... usually when you want to go into programming mode you put yout THROTTLE on MAX and then plug in the batt ... so you may need to REVERSE the THROTTLE channel. Becareful ... make sure you have someone who is ready to unplug the batt.

Are you using a computer radio? If so check your travel adjust on the throttle. Most ESC's won't arm unless it sees the throttle as off and you might need to readjust your transmitter to get the signal voltage down enough for the esc to arm itself. That would also be the reason you can't get it out of program mode.
