Default EDF help..

When I give my EDF throttle it makes a high pitch sound and doesnt create much thrust what do you thinks going wrong? I Have this plane (Useing the stock fan unit and mtor..):

First EDF so I gotta ask for some help!

Is the blade rubbing on the inside of the case??

Do you know if the spinning rotor, is spinning in the correct direction ?
