Default EDF for Paraglider

I wanted to look into mounting a couple of edf units to the side of my paraglider to increase my glide ratio while cruising from thermal to thermal. I don't even need to maintain level flight with them, doubling my glide ratio of 7/1 would be a big jump. Pulling from some powered paragliding info I think I need 20-30lbs of thurst to maitain level flihgt. My big hurdle is how many pounds of batteries I need to run them for say half an hour.If I go with a 10lbs thrust unit on each side what type of consumption am I looking at?Which edf's might work well and should I be looking at a different type of engine?Any info would be appreciated.</p>
