Based on my experiences, I would order from Hobby Lobby as my first choice and Nitro Planes as a close second. I know for a fact that Hobby Lobby has excellant customer support and stands behind their products. I am having a product quality issue with an EPIC LT 120 from Nitro Planes...(you can have a quality isssue with ANY product, no matter where you purchase it from, or no matter what it costs) It is not fully resolved yet, however I am confident it will be. I believe they are good folks and Eric is working to resolve the issue. I have no personal experience with Bannana Hobbies, but in reading the forums, there are a lot of folks with unresolved issues with them. In all fairness, it IS impossible to satisfy some of us....

EJF, Chuck's Hobbies, BP Hobbies. I've bought from all three without any issues at all. Chuck's has outstanding customer service. I had one item arrive slightly damaged and I can't believe how well he handled it. Best experience with a vendor ever!!
I bought the F-15 from NitroPlanes and it's a very nice plane, one of my favorite flyers but it arrived with the preinstalled elevator servo extension wires incorrectly assembled in the connectors. The servo wires wire inserted into the connectors in the wrong order and since they were painted over in grey I wasn't able to tell untill it smoked two servos when I powered up. I contacted NitroPlanes and they blew me off. Last sale they'll ever get from me.
