Default Squall Electric Jet Elevon mixing problem

Hi....I have a Phase 3 Squall electric ducted fan jet that I'm trying to get elevon mixing going on it. I have dis-abled the rudder because I want to utilize elevon mixing on this jet, and have no need for the rudder. I am using my HiTech Flash 5 72 MHz radio that has the elevon mixing feature on it, but after setting it up for "Elevons On" (programing it) the oddest thing is happening! When I pull back on the elevator stick (channel 2), the control surface acts like ailirons, and when I move the aileron stick (channel 1) left or right, the control surface acts like an elevator! Backwards! So I switched the servo connectors on the RX to the opposite channels, the same thing happens. I'm using a Hitech RX (Micro555 FM) What am I doing wrong?? Any help on this would be appreciated. Tom

Can you reverse one of your servos?

I reversed the left servo and BINGO! It operated as elevons. Cool.

Thank you.
