I pulled the retracts also. I'm going to hand launch it. I just don't see the sense of messing with them anymore. Should lighten it up for better performance. Mike

Mike, I just got back from flying. The Panther is flying as well as I can make it. The lighter weight has dramatically improved performance. Hand launch is a matter of a toss. No more running and then toss. I admit that I could get some longer flight times with some bigger batteries, but I am really would rather have shorter flight times with good performance, than so-so performance with longer flight times.
