Default Just received a Freedom Flyer. Need help

Hi. Just received a Freedom Flyer on Friday. Charged batteries, checked voltage, all fine. Put batteries in transmitter and it did not light up, does not seem to be working. Put batteries in plane and it just pulsates on and off. Pushed red button on side, still same thing. Thought there may have been some interference, brought it outside, still same thing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Mike

I'm afraid to say it sounds DOA. You should contact the people you bought it from and explain the problem to them.

This is one of those things where if you have to ask how to fix it, you can't In other words, unless you're a whiz with the inner workings of electronic gadgets, it's a pretty safe bet you won't be able to trace out and fix what is wrong. You could open the transmitter case and look for obvious things like loose/broken wires, but that could void any warranty on the plane.

If the transmitter is not working, you should not power up the plane. What you described is normal with the transmitter off.
