Great choice on the crazy max. YOu will love it. The servos in the flight pack you are inquiring about are too big. You need sub micro servos. I recommend the hobbico CS-5 or similar sized servos. the ESC and reciever are fine.

From: West Lafayette, IN,
I just purchased and received the Crazy Max with the electrifly/esc combo and I bought 2 extra servos so I could have 1 servo for each aileron.
The servos are larger than the standard cutout, but it is very easy to make them fit and the instructions tell you to cut the holes a little larger to make larger servos fit...so, they aren't too big...
As far as the receiver and the battery that it uses, I am having a hard time getting everything to fit into the area hat it needs to. The battery fits in the fuselage and the receiver rides on top of the battery towards the front...it is a tight fit, but it does work well...I tried to fly a little today, just a little tail heavy (and I definitely don't wanna put lead into a park flyer) so I will have to adjust my setup.
One other thing...the firewall isn't very strong...when I came in for a landing, I folded the gear under the plane...maybe you should reinforce the firewall a little or just brush it with some thinned epoxy to strengthen it up...
I am pumped about the plane, I have a 9C Futaba radio andI have the litle sucker dialed in to the max...literally...no pun intended :boxing:
I wanted to fly some more, but I want to fix up the gear before I give it another shot!!
I'll let you know!!!

My landing gear folded up too and the landing was'nt even hard. I fixed it by epoxying small squares of 3/16th balsa on the fuse behind the part of the firewall that hangs over the sides. This little reinforcement is working fine so far. My hacker should be in soon. I am getting excited. I will post how it goes.
