Default Different types of foam

Hello!

Although wanting to get into R/C airplanes my entire life i finally got a chance to fly with a friend of mine. I love it as much if not more than i thought I would!!! Anyway I just got a hobbyzone cub and cant wait to get it out on a calm day. My question is what are the different types of foam and what is the most/least durable on the market. My buddy told me 3 or 4 times but I cant seem to remember. Thanks for the help
