Props for my PZ FW190
While I'm waiting for some replacement parts (had a really nasty crash, not much repairable on the fuse [] ), I figured I might inquire if anybody knows what prop range the motor on this plane can handle...
What I mean more specifically is if anyone knows of, or can suggest a more efficient propeller- something with a little more bite, and more thrust at lower RPM's. This is my first plane in about 7 years, and I've forgotten a whole lot about props.

RE: Props for my PZ FW190
You could try a slow flyer prop - something around 10x5 perhaps.
Slow flyers are optimised for higher effeciency and thrust at (relatively) lower RPM. A 10x5 SF will draw more amps in a static test than the stock 10x8, but once in the air it will unload.
Just so long as you do have "enough" pitch speed to be above stall speed - otherwise you have a wreck on the way.
Cheers,
Oz.
