Default Turborix Tx programming problems

New to the game so started off with Turborix 6 channel radio mode 2. Now the nightmare has begun?! The no. 4 channel did not work from the off. In my efforts to convince r2models that the problem was real, I went into the config program and did a little movie(as requested) showing there was no response to left stick horizontal movement. Unfortunately I have now lost some of the other default settings the radio came with. Switch B used to switch the motor on/off but now I cant get it to work. VRA and VRB used to do things(used VRB for ailerons) now the VR pots dont work. The comments of a guy who wrote'buy cheap - buy twice' are ringing true. Can anyone give me the programming ABC for this unit or send me a file with the default settings on it? Would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Did you get the help you needed?

Sounds like you have a defective unit and should send it back.

Yes, buy cheap, buy twice does tend to ring true.

Default RE: Turborix Tx programming problems

Hello aeajr, thanks for the response, no help yet, I'm living in france at the moment, (english and returning to uk permanently mid may). This escalates the mail costs somewhat.
60 euros import tax to receive the two parcels of model and radio bits. So, maybe I will have to take it on the chin and go for a more respected make of radio.
Thanks
tony c
