I'd like to give a big "Shout Out"
to everyone who's been so gracious to share their conversion stories in this forum. I've been trolling RCU for quite some time and firmly believe this forum has some of the best image documentation out there! All ur pics truely tell the stories, passions, and successes of our builds. Yeah, I might be a bit biased since I'm drinking the kool-aid too but, I just wanna let it be known. Keep up the awesome stories and the great pictures everyone. Cheers!

+1 on that statement.
There are many reasons to do a conversion. In many instances a conversion is what makes the most sense to the one doing the conversion (even if nobody else understands this.)
What I have found is that some are really easy and others are almost as difficult as doing a full kit. It's a challenge that not many are up to.
Having good photo documentation on these conversions helps each other come up with some clever ideas and over come some of the obstacles one might encounter. I can't wait to see more conversion threads.
Hopefully the mods will eventually give us more then one pic per post
