HRP Distributing Looking For RC Rep in Florida

We are seeking an energetic, aggressive, detailed, individual with experience in business to business sales, business development, and customer service. Experience with Radio Control products required. The Business Development Representative is responsible to generate revenue through effective selling over the telephone making primarily outbound calls to established customers along with a limited number of cold calls. Limited travel and face time with customers in Florida and surrounding states may be required. HRP is a leading US distributor of Radio Control Hobby Products such as Traxxas, Team Associated, and Align and also represents exclusive brands such as Savox, Racers Edge, and Team Durango.
Preferred Experience and Skill Requirements:
1. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
2. Strong ties and connections in the RC and hobby market
3. Works well independently and does not require a "team" environment
4. Strong communication skills both oral and written.
5. Effective and comfortable working in a fast pace environment.
6. Computer Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access helpful.
7. Comfortable working in a high volume call center environment required.
8. Generate revenue through customer calls providing HRP's latest promotions
9. Handle all client calls in a professional, ethical, and positive manner
10. Work cooperatively with other departments and sales team to ensure sales goals are reached
