ENGINE CONVERSIONS!
I have a large number of gas trimmer and chainsaw engines for converting to other uses. Lots of ROBI's, John Deere, etc, Probably around 30 to 40. Anybody interested. e-mail
[email protected].... I am 190 miles East of Denver, 200 miles west of Salina. I could deliver them to Salina if anyone is interested. FLATHEAD 4

Hi Flathead, I could see that your engines get to good homes, but I'm elbow deep in a '63 ford restoration so cash is tight. I can swing postage for anything you want to mail.If nothing else, I'm always interested in pictures of other peoples conversions/ works in progress.

I think 80% of the country is in that boat. My excuse is my employer sucks AND I have a 4-month old. I have several projects to work on but it will be while before I get to them.

Sorry to be tarty in answering, but moving is my first priority right now. However, I got a call for one of our kind over in
Colorado, and said he wanted everything and to hold the stuff. He came in yesterday evening, and took all the pieces and
bits I had in that bunch. Somewhere close to 50 engines +. Now I am doing more searching, if I find more, I will let you
know. I may be putting some "FACTORY' engines on the market to, so will keep you in mind. Thanks for your interest.

Hi Flathead,Glad to hear that the engines found a good home, I was hoping that they weren't heading for the scrap yard.

That is what I did a couple of years ago. I posted if anyone wanted my engines that needed to be finnished...just pay me the postage. I shipped 6 boxes of engines, one box had 4 engines in it and I filled the voids with more spare parts. It took some time boxing them up & getting them to the post office but they all found new homes. Best Regards, Capt,n
