Could someone direct me to discussions in here regarding the above.
Thoughts were around the larger Supertigre engines.
Detailed info would be a help such as needle roller sizes etc.
Note:- this is for my own machining etc. so directions to commercial machine shops not required.
Cheers ...Jorgo

Oh, wait, you are asking about converting a glow engine to gas. Have a look at Kens site at: www.lambertsrc.com. Even if you don't purchase his services, he specializes in Super Tigre conversions and has pics on his site you might find interesting/informative. I believe he has some videos too.
Be aware that adding a roller bearing to the rod also necessitates changing the crankpin for one made of hardened steel. I am not a big fan of these conversions, even though I own and fly one that works just fine....

Thanks for the link AV8TOR , I'll take a look there.
Tried to view videos and even after signing in like required, it still refused and asked me to sign in again ( 3 times) so I gave up.

No, that one just took me in a complete circle back to the link in #3.....
As far as checking connections down under, one here connects via a modem and all works ok otherwise

Also, search RCGroups under subject.
You may have to delve deeper into the RCU site and look at the emails. Your search system seems to not be effective. Good luck.
Over and out.
