Default Walbro Pump Springs - Help Required

Hello Guys,

I'm in the process of converting my Laser 300V to gas and I need some help from you guys. I'm using a pair or WT962's, same as used on my NGH GF38's but they don't have the assist spring for the pump. The NGH's have the same issue, no spring and it appears that the 98-3226 spring is discontinued and I'm wondering is anyone has any suggestions? Would anyone be willing to measure their spring so I can try to find something at McMaster Carr? Any suggestions would be appreciated, I'm hoping to test it out within the next week and I would like to have the parts available soon, even a suggestion on a different carb would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Ken
