Default Stihl 2.2

A friend of mine at work gave me all of his old R/C planes and parts, including a Stihl 2.2 engine with electronic ignition. I have never worked with gas engines before and I know nothing about them.
Is this a good engine? All I need for it is a new muffler, but where can I get one? Also what is a good airplane to put this engine in? I prefer scale aircraft like AC7 Champs, Cessna 140s and Cubs.
Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me. Rotorwrench

I'm not sure about the exact displacement in CC's but I think it will be 36 or 37. That should be more than adequate to fly Cubs & Cessna's in the 80 to 100 inch range. Try a 20-8 prop to start and do some performance tests. Try to prop the engine so it will turn around 7000 -7500 rpm. That should give you plenty of thrust. Someone has likely already done one of these conversions, and can give more accurate info. Good luck.
