Default Front carb, rear exhaust engine

Well it's time to get back into the conversion thing here! I'm looking for a front carb, rear exhaust engine (side exhaust is ok) around the 20cc range. Does anyone know what units are out there? I have been looking for a while with no luck. I have a GP Tigermoth just begging for a little gasser! My Maloney's are to wide at the carb and I don't want to butcher the cowl (just bought a new one to replace a butchered one from the previous owner).

bdtsr,

My mcculloch Power Mac 330 is a little larger, cc wise, than you are looking for, but it is a front carb/ rear exhaust layout. I'm not sure if it's airplane material yet though...

I looked at the MVVS 1.60 and the RCS 1.40. Just can't bring myself to part with $460 for a $150 plane! Yes I paid $150 for a $240 plane that was flown 3 times! I think the 1.60 would be to big anyway. Maybe a smaller mac like above might be the way to go, electronic ignition wouldn't hurt. $250 (engine and ignition) is much easier to take than $460!

Get the MVVS the same way you would get the weedie. E-bay and RCU classifieds, just wait a bit.

bdtsr; Have you read the "gas with glow plug no ignition" tread you might be able to use a glow engine with gasoline and a glo plug without the use of an ignition read it and see what conclusions you get out of it, maybe a super tiger 2500?

I'm trying to stay with something readily available. I really don't want to carry too many different mixtures of fuel.
