Default Evra 190 & Ryobi

I recently acquired an engine that looks exactlty like the Evra 190 thats for sale in the gas engines classified. Is it the same as the Ryobi ? My engine has 2 piston rings.

It was an EVRA before it was a Ryobi...Same company, made in Chandler, AZ just south of Phoenix...The EVRA crankcase had rails on it to use the aluminum mount they sold it with..It came as a package deal with an airplane from Hobby Lobby, and had a pulley with a slot in it to use for a rope starter, it WILL NOT start by hand...

I have one in an old box , am thinking of resurecting it. It looks ok although the cast aluminum mufler looks bad at the bolt on end.

Will it start with an el. starter? Not sure if I want to use the rope.

Thanks
