Hi guys!
I'm designing an aluminium prop hub for my 40cc. Now, I just need to know the exact diameter of the prop hub (the distance between both "â•‘") of a 20, 22" or whatever prop this engine may swing, the inner diameter (the "O") and thickness. Does it change if the prop is 2-bladed, 3-bladed, etc?
Thanks for your input, I hope this poor diagram explains something

MHmm.. no it does not. It's just that, thickness, and external and internal diameter of prop hub, so I know how big make the aluminium hub and what diameter is the axle where the prop is bolted to.
Thanks!
Thanks!

From: Katy Texas, TX,
The 18-10s and 20-10s are 3/4 to 7/8 thick, hub dia is 1 5/8 to 13/4 inches, the prop hub adapters I make for mine are 1 1/4 in dia, the biggest one you can put in a 3 inch plastic dubro spinner with the 4 bolts in it is 1 5/8. This is on the back side of the spinner, if you make it any larger it hits on the bosses for the nuts that hold the spinner cone on. hope it helps ya. STeve
