Hello all,
The title pretty much sums it up! I am about to be finished converting an old Homelite 53cc saw for airplane use. I need to know what prop to start with so I don't end up spending big bucks trying to figure out which one will be right. I realize that this will vary with flying style and airframe, but I am only interested in props for slow scale-like aerobatics. The airframe is a Sukoi.
Another note.....what is a good after market carb for this size engine. I know this is probably pretty elementary stuff, but all my experience is with conversions 31cc and smaller.
I also have an 80 some-odd cc saw that will get a whack job next............I have the same questions as above for it too.....no hurry on this one - no airplane to suite it!
All and any suggestions will be appreciated!
Tom
