Default Sullivan Products A+++

Just wanted to let you all know a recent experience I had with Sullivan. I purchased a sullivan gas conversion stopper from my LHS. I got everything put together, got the engine running, had it pretty well tuned. Well, after I had everything going good, I took everything apart again to make sure it was all staying where it was supposed to stay, etc. Well, imagine my surprise when I looked at the gas tank, and where the stopper used to be there was a little crumbly black ring. My first thought was I screwed something up. I have just recently got into the gasser thing and I am learning a thing or two, so I wasnt sure if this was Sullivans fault or mine. I sent off an email to Sullivan, got a reply pretty darn quick, like within 2 hours. They said they had a bad batch of stoppers that got out there last year, and I must have gotten one. Asked for my address, and lo and behold, I got a brand new stopper yesterday. Thats a 4 day turnaround, including the weekend. There was no questioning me, wanting me to send in the damaged one for testing, nothing. Just, heres your new stopper! Now thats customer service! I just wanted to let you all know about this. We are all so quick to complain, we need to be just as quick to compliment! Thanks to Kevin at Sullivan! Much appreciated!

Lucky you
Here in Chile time ago we have to "eat" dozens of 46 FX cause the dealers did not request the warranty to USA, so they did a better deal selling to all of us new engines with 0 discount.
Everybody in the world knew about the problem of the OS 46 FX, they replaced a lot of engines in USA with no questions asked to the customers,

Those are great brands you can count on.

Well, the new engines did not failed anyway.
