Yup, me..We sent one a few months ago...The prop stud broke when the magazine tester was putting the prop on..Embarrasing..
I have made a new hub, 2 pieces, that will be on all my conversions..Mine is 2 parts, similar to the G62.....The first fits on the end of the crank, on the taper, and has a magnet in it to trigger the Hall sensor..It bolts on the end of the crank with a 6mm allen bolt..Second part is the prop hub, tapped for a 5/16 grade 8 hex bolt to hold the prop on..It bolts to the first part with three 5mm grade 8 Allen bolts...The original stud is 8mm for the prop, but is 6mm on the end that goes in the crank..The original stud holds the hub on the taper, but also takes all the force when the prop is tightened..There is only about 3/16 solid metal left in the end when the threads are cut or rolled into it..That's all holding the prop on..I guess they've been lucky no one has been hurt by a prop coming off...I won't be put in the position for a lawsuit if a prop stud breaks..All my conversions will have the new hub..We're having some made up to be available if anyone wants to replace the stock $16

RCIGN 1 I ran my Kavan 50cc .... a scale Continental engine for the first time. Man what a sweet sounding engine. Silky smooth also. I am going out to buy a copy of that MAN magazine myself. Take Care.......Capt,n
