Default Homelite 45cc Prop

What are you guys running for props on your Homelite 45cc? Mine pulls 7400rpm with a Zinger 20x8 and I wouldn't mind getting a little more power on the top end. What is a safe max rpm to run with this engine. The engine is in a GP Christen Eagle.

I have had good luck with pro zinger 20-10 with the 45cc class engines that I have converted. Others might say differrent but around 7200 is a good range for that size engine.

The safe max on a 45cc chainsaw is at least 9000 rpm...Any prop that would turn that fast wouldn't pull your plane very well..A 20-10(7000) or 22-8(6400) works well on a Poulan 46, should work on the Mac....
