Hooking up throttle on my Homelite 25cc???

Hey, I am working on an airboat right now. I was wondering if anybody knows how to hook up the throttle?

If you happen to be running the carb with the nedles on the front, you can mount a piece of 3/4" angle from the hardware under the front cylinder bolt and the rest would be just like the picture.
