Default Honda 50cc?

Hello all, I was talking to Carr Precision the other day and he said he is working on converting a Honda GXH50. Has anyone else tried this? I'm interested to see how much the engine would weigh converted and how much potential it would have as an R/C powerplant.

A 2.5 hp 15 lb wet sump lawnmower engine with a 5/8 diameter crankshaft is not my idea of an airplane engine...

Sheesh, is the thing really that heavy? Carr Precision said that he's modifying them for a UAV project.

SteveD - I have no interest in the Stihl engines because the mixed gas is what I am trying to get away from.
