All the McCulloch's I found pics of had straight plug heads.. this one is an angle.
I'll post better pics when I get it stripped down.

I think you got it..
If I can figure out how to get the stupid clutch off I'll take it apart and check the bore/stroke
It's a little dirty but turns smooth.
Here's the new pics.

There is a 4 cast in the base of the cylinder section of the case.. No other numbers anywhere except the McCulloch PN 400032b.
I found out that is the Trimmer model number.
The bore is 32.25mm
Stroke (best guess) 24mm
that comes out to 21cc??

Hi,
I have one just like it. Mine came from a Mac Road Runner trimmer. It is 21cc. To remove the clutch, clamp the clutch guide in a vise, jam the flywheel with a screw driver through the flywheel fins and against the shroud. Turn the block. It is a 8x1.25mm stud at both ends. The timing is very conservative at: Intake 110 degrees duration, exhust 120 degrees duration, transfer 90 degrees duration. It looks like it was made by Koiritz for McCulloch. The ring is floating. Very heavy fly flywheel at about 12oz. Good quality.

I have 2 Macs 1 has a 28 on the cylinder and the other is a 32. I thought yours might be similar although yours has an angled plug like my Echo.
