Default Engine sizes

Can someone please help me with some engine sizes for these saws? I am looking for 50cc to 70cc engines to convert for a few planes. I have a Brison 5.8 and 2.4 as well as a Sachs 3.7 so Sachs/Dolmar is ok. I had a Stihl 026 saw so they are ok. Echo seems to be a popular choice also. I have a Poulan 46cc in a saw now, just looking for a little bit bigger. Thanks for any info.
Brian

Stihl:
Models 024, 028, 029, 031 (56cc?), & 044. Any others that would be good conversions as well.

Echo:
Models 500 &550

Dolmar:
Models 112 & 114

Hi,
Most of the saws larger then 50cc have the crankcase intregal to the saw chasis. You have to cut away most of the chasis from the actual case. The biggest saw that I know of with a sepparate case is the 54cc Poulan. Most of the saws over 50cc have the coil mounted on the chasis, which requires CDI or a bracket. Here is a web site with info models and displacement. http://www.acresinternet.com/cscc.ns...turer?OpenView
