Minimal cost is for a prop hub and muffler, which would be approximately $40- $45 assuming you do the work.

Oops, forgot the mounting but I would mount to the recoil starter.
The maximum torque/power RPM numbers suggest mild port timing. But a 52cc engine for $125 seems like a deal.

Ken, do you have some pics of the conversion & the install?
Bill, you say it's a mild timming would it be enough for a kit that specs 50 to 75 cc gas engine? would there be a better suited engine in this lineup? http://www.duropower.com/index.asp?FID=3&level=1
this would be my first gasser, so i need all the healp i can get.

There is simply not enough known about the engine in question to speculate about it’s ultimate performance. In addition you probably shouldn’t be messing with port timing on a first conversion.
