Hi there !
Gentlemen I have a question.
How is a jump start system works?On CH ignition website I found they sell jump start system for a magneto engines.They claim it to provide a hot spark on a hand cranking rpms .
Does anybody use those systems?

Works great and I love it as it retards the spark so you can safely hand start. I recommend the use of a chicken stick though to be on the safe side. The three position switch allows you to return to mag as soon as it starts and uplug the small battery.

Thanks for the opinion. I was wondering the principle of operation...Is it a simple CDI with no advace that hooks up to the hv-side of coil and then disconnects?
