Default need a carb I think

How long is the thing supposed to be that makes the butterfly move? I'm trying to hook up my throttle with a aluminum arm and I don't have enough clearence for it to swing. Do I need another carb for my Mac 32cc?

Thank you,
Joel

on my mac there is a bellcrank thing on both ends of the throttle shaft, if one direction doesn't work for you, turn the carb 180* and try that...

personally I'm going to use a micro servo up near the firewall and work from there

it's not supposed to be any certain length, just long enough that you get full rotation with the rotation of the servo from the radio...

Jlank,
I have a couple Mac 28 carbs, which are 9.5mm. They an arm at both ends of the throttle shaft. I will use the one opisit the idle stop. Some time I use nose wheel steering arms. I drill them out to 3/16" and usually have to trim them down to clear the crankcase. The lenght isn't that important as long as you get full travel. A 11 or 12mm carb would be best suited for a Mac 32cc.

This carb has only one side off the throttle shaft and it's really short. Will any Walbro or Zama 11 or 12 mm carb work?

Thanks
Joel
