Is there such a thing? I might need to call them.....
Flying, ready to go airplanes:
Old "U" control with Fox .25
"Sparky" Electric with brushless & Lipoly
"Katana" Electric with brushless & Lipoly
"Curtis Jenny" Electric with brushed & Lipoly
Airborne models "Mach 1" with Fox .45 for training
Hangar 9 "Twist" with Fox .78 (a rocket!)
Giant Scale Planes "Katana" 1.40 with an Echo 23.6cc
Great Planes 1/4 scale "Fokker Dr1" with an Echo 23.6cc
Great Planes "Giant Big Stik" with a Poulan 42cc
Nitro Planes "Tiger Moth" with Ryobi 31cc
On the work bench:
.15 size electric "Mustang" with brushless
Hangar 9 "Twist 60" with Fox .74 Eagle
Waiting in the "wings":
SR Batteries giant "Eindekker"
Airborne Models .40 "Ultimate Biplane"
Carl Goldberg "Ultimate Biplane"
Dymond Models "Tiger Moth"
Wild Hare 29% Extra
Carl Goldberg King Kobra
Balsa USA 1.3 scale "Sopwith Pup"
Seems like if I look around I could find one or two more around here, plus there's the box of stripped engines waiting to be converted, tons of hobby supplies, etc.
And I SOLD 4 or 5 airplanes in the last year!
Yep, I need to make that call.... anyone got the number??

I have too many projects for my budget at the moment, and currently the only plane I'm solo'd on sucks badly... (its' a Nexstar I screwed up a bit putting a supertigre .40 on and a couple other things, it doesnt' fly as well as it used to, stole those for my second plane), second plane is a .40 size sukhoi SU 31 I got off of ebay, fun plane but I don't have a good radio (skysport) so I can't tone it down very well, and it's having some snap roll problems even after moving the CG up pretty far, we're getting closer...
third plane is the one you guys would care about, the 85" KMP Extra 330 that I'm putting the Mac 32cc engine on, my current budget hasn't let me get all of the radio equipment yet, looking for a good deal on a 6+ channel computer radio (Futaba or Hitec preferabally), already have a Futaba R127 reciever for it, just need to gather servo's (and need to figure out what size of servo's I need, it has room for one standard size on each wing, one 1/4 scale servo hole for the rudder and two standard size holes in the tail for the elevator, any advice in this area would be greatly appreciated...). test started this engine the other day, quite exciting, I want to get it done, it should be my best flying plane, not the best power to weight ratio by far (sukhoi has a .46 FX and only weighs about 5.5 pounds) but it should fly good and be fun (not to mention basically only having a radio into it...)
I have a few engines on the bench too, a homie 25, a craftsman 32 and a lawnboy 25 (70's or 80's stihl knockoff), need to get my recently acquired metal lathe up and running, I guess I just need to realign the motor and get some bits...

I don't have the manual for the plane, so I don't even know what specs I'm looking for, I'm thinking 120ish oz/in for the aileron's and elevator, that sound about right? I'm also looking at the Bluebird servo's since they're really cheap...

Yeah, it would probably be alright with 120 or so, but more on the rudder; like 180+. Read the comments on those Bluebirds though. They have some problems not working with certain brand receivers. You want metal geared servos as well.

I do have experience with the bluebird servo's, haven't tried them on any aircraft stuff, but I liked it for the other things I've used them for, that being said, I ordered 4 of them a couple days ago and they'll soon be in the plane...
also acquired another engine, homie 30 for $3, this one might end up on a car or something, I'll have some fun with it...
