Default muffler for Homelite 33cc?

I got on of these in-transit and would like to know the dimensions the exhaust port and the dimension of the side of head from just below the 3rd bolt location to the start of the vertical fins as pictured.

Who makes an exhaust system that fits this engine ? Using bolts facing outwards will give some leeway.

Thanks

Someone here in the forum was converting and selling these engines Mike, but now I can't remember whom. I was thinking it was bcmaengines.com, but I just checked their website and it's not them. Ken Lambert could make you one if he doesn't have it.

Maybe Ken will reply. Seems I read post that he is plenty busy and not looking for additional work at present.

Mike,
Adam at BCMA Engines had beening selling the Power Stroke engines. Any muffler that will fit a Homelite 25/30 will work. All you need to do is grind or file down the heads on a pair of bolts, so that the heads will fit into the cavity behind the slot. Slip a gasket and muffler over the bolts and install nylon lock nuts. A pair of 10x32 bolts worked for me. The muffler mount is the same a used on t the G62 (slotted). This is a very secure installation.

The mufflers/exhausts intended for Zenoa G23/26 are the same pattern as the Homelite 25/30, therefore, they should work also.

Mike,

Did you find a muffler for your 33 cc? I've got a 45 cc that looks identical, but a 25 cc homey muffler doesn't fit. How did it work for you?
